My mother-in-law was very pleased with her bouquet. She said it was beautiful and plentiful. Only thing I would suggest is maybe asking if we have pets in the house so the florist can be aware of certain flowers that can be dangerous to pets but other than that, it came in promptly and beautiful!

I ordered flowers late Friday night. It said it would be delivered Monday which was fine. Today I got photos of a gorgeous arrangement with a balloon. Bangor Floral has done it again! (as if I had any doubts) A fellow coworker lost her furbaby of many years so we decided to give her some flowers to cheer her up. They came out beautifully! Joseph (the owner) hand burns these decorative keepsake boxes in lieu of vases of you prefer. This one had a small paw print in it with a heart touching it. Needless to say she thought the flowers were perfect and the box was a nice personal touch. <3 Thank you to the team at Bangor Floral!

Fantastic service. Even though they didn't have the plant I ordered and want on their site, they specifically went out to find one. Without luck, they called me while they were yet still out trying to get what I ordered and gave me options. I chose an equally beautiful substitute. When I saw a picture in the hospital room, they even added a balloon at no extra cost to me. They did their best so they get a 5 star from me.
